What do I bring to class?
Here are a few suggestions...
- A notebook and pen or pencil. While you will receive a student workbook, some couples have found it helpful to bring an additional notebook to take notes, as well as a pen to write with.
- You own pillows. Each class we will practice relaxation on the floor. I do provide mats and pillows however some couples prefer to bring their own pillow(s) from home for comfort.
- A mug, cup, or reusable drinking container. Water and tea are available as are paper cups if you forget your mug.
- Each couple will have one opportunity to bring a snack to share. Three hours can be a long time for a pregnant woman to go without a snack!
- Your birth partner!
